Introduction to Personal Center

Log in to your personal account → Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner to view the user center and asset overview.

1.User Center

The User Center is divided into three modules: Account, Security, and Certification.

1.1 Account

You can view your basic information and modify your nickname.

Important notes for modifying your nickname:

  • You can only change your nickname once within 24 hours.

  • Do not use your real name, contact information, or any other information that may compromise your privacy.

  • Your nickname should comply with the law and respect others. BitDa reserves the right to change your nickname, mute, or even block your account if it violates these rules.

  • Nickname length should be within 24 characters and can include letters and numbers. Special characters are not allowed.

1.2 Security

You can view the security features linked to your account (Google Authenticator, email, phone number, login password, and anti-phishing code) and make changes.

1.3 Certification

Submit identity information.


2.Asset Overview

Displays the total assets of your funds, spot, and futures accounts, along with shortcuts for deposit, withdrawal, transaction history and fund transfers.

Your account balances are prominently displayed in the upper-left section of the dashboard, showing:

  • Funds account balance

  • Spot trading account balance

  • Futures trading account balance

The lower-left section shows options for deposit and withdrawal operations, as well as asset history viewing.
