Dear BitDa Users,
To maintain a fair and orderly trading environment and to prevent abuse of trading incentives and cost advantages—such as through high-frequency trading that consumes market liquidity and disrupts normal trading order—BitDa has defined the following types of prohibited trading behaviors and corresponding enforcement measures:
Accounts found to be engaging in arbitrage through large-scale multi-account operations—such as taking both long and short positions simultaneously to exploit platform incentives, using unofficial scripts to operate multiple accounts, or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities and other improper means to harm the interests of other users and the platform—will be subject to account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
In cases where multiple related accounts engage in matched long and short trades, and more than 10 positions with holding times of less than 3 minutes are identified within a 24-hour period with a high degree of order information matching, the platform will assess the severity and impose risk control measures accordingly.
Agents are required to guide and manage their community users. If the platform detects a large number of violations under a specific agent and the agent refuses to cooperate in halting such violations, BitDa will terminate the rebate relationship between the violating users and the agent. In severe cases, the agent’s qualification will be revoked entirely.
Additional Notes:
These rules are designed to uphold fairness and stability in the trading environment and to ensure the proper allocation of incentive resources. BitDa will continue to enhance its risk control strategies and conduct real-time monitoring and handling of suspicious activities. The platform reserves the right to independently determine whether a user’s behavior constitutes a violation based on actual trading activities and behavior patterns, and may take actions including, but not limited to, risk restrictions, reward withdrawal, account freezing, withdrawal limitations, and rebate termination.
If users disagree with the handling outcome, they may submit an appeal along with supporting materials through the platform’s customer service channels. The platform will re-evaluate and process the case accordingly.
