Zuckerberg is creating a CEO proxy; "AI proxy social networking" has emerged within the company.

Updated yesterday

PANews reported on March 23 that, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal cited by Jinshi, Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO Mark Zuckerberg hopes that everyone inside and outside the company will eventually have their own personal AI agent. He will start with himself. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Zuckerberg is building a CEO agent to help him handle work matters. This agent, still under development, is helping Zuckerberg access information more quickly, for example, retrieving answers that would normally require multiple layers of communication. The use of AI tools is rapidly gaining traction within Meta, partly because it has now become a factor in employee performance evaluations.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Meta's internal message board is flooded with employees sharing newly discovered AI case studies and new tools they've built using AI. Employees have begun using personal agent tools like My Claw, which have access to their chat history and work files and can communicate on their behalf with colleagues (or their colleagues' personal agents). There's even a group on the internal message board for employees' personal agents to communicate with each other.
