PANews, July 27 – According to Globenewswire, cloud storage platform Storj’s parent company Storj Labs has filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, aiming to address some legacy debts. During the restructuring, business will continue as normal, with no service interruptions for its customers, and the plan is for the restructured company to be jointly owned by management, the token community, and investors.
