I. Changing Linked Mobile/Email (When Accessible)

Steps to Update

1.Log in to your BitDa account

2.Navigate to: Security CenterAccount Binding

II. Recovery Process for Inaccessible Authentication Methods

Unbinding Unusable Credentials

If your account is linked to both a mobile number and an email address, and one of them is still functional, you can request to unbind the inactive one.

Changing Primary Contact Method

If your account is linked to only a mobile number or an email address (but not both), you can only request for change instead.


Unbind Steps

Please use the email linked to your account and send the following information to the official customer support email [email protected]

Subject: Request to Unlink Mobile Number/Email from BitDa Account XXX

Required Information:

  1. BitDa UID/Linked Email/Phone Number

  2. Photos of the front and back of your ID card

  3. Registration date

  4. Common login device (PC/Phone model)

  5. Common login region (City, Country)

  6. Recent deposit transaction ID (TXID)

  7. The types and quantities of assets in your account

  8. A photo of your government-issued ID (front side) along with a handwritten statement.
    The handwritten statement should include:

  • a. "I, [Full Legal Name], am requesting to unlink the mobile number/email from BitDa account XXX."

  • b. Signature: [Full Legal Name]

  • c. Date: [dd/mm/yyyy]


Change Steps

Please use the email linked to your account and send the following information to the official customer support email [email protected]

Subject: Request to Change Mobile Number/Email for BitDa Account XXX

Required Information:

  1. BitDa UID/Linked Email/Phone Number

  2. New mobile number/email to be linked

  3. Photos of the front and back of your government-issued card

  4. Registration date

  5. Common login device (PC/Phone model)

  6. Common login region (City, Country)

  7. Recent deposit transaction ID (TXID)

  8. The types and quantities of assets in your account

  9. A photo of your government-issued ID card (front side) along with a handwritten statement.
    The handwritten statement should include:

  • a. "I, [Full Legal Name], am requesting to change the mobile number/email for BitDa account XXX."

  • b. Signature: [Full Legal Name]

  • c. Date: [dd/mm/yyyy]

Specialists will review the submission within 24 hours. Once approved, they will assist with unlinking or changing. Please be patient while waiting.


Friendly Reminder:
Unband /change security items will restrict withdrawals for 24 hours.
Spot and futures trading will not be affected. Please be aware of this.
