Log in to your account on the official website.

Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Withdraw.

Choose the currency and network, then enter the withdrawal address and withdrawal amount.

Note: The withdrawal network selected must match the network chosen for the deposit address. Ensure that both the address and contract address are correct; otherwise, the withdrawal will not be credited, and the assets cannot be recovered.

Obtain and enter the email verification code and Google Authenticator code (2FA).

You can check the withdrawal details and progress through the Withdrawal History section.

Log in to the app.

Tap the Assets tab in the bottom-right corner and select Withdraw.

Find the corresponding cryptocurrency.

Choose the correct network.

Paste the copied receiving address or scan the recipient's QR code.

Enter the withdrawal amount and click Confirm.
