Dear BitDa User,
Important Notice About Deposit Addresses
Depositing the wrong cryptocurrency will result in a failed credit. Please ensure that the cryptocurrency you are depositing matches the one supported by the platform. If the full name of the cryptocurrency does not match, the deposit will fail.
Depositing to the wrong address or network will result in a failed credit. Always double-check both the deposit address and the network before proceeding. Do not deposit ETH to a BTC address, or BNB to an ERC20 address. Likewise, do not deposit ERC20 assets to any other network, as this will result in the loss of assets.
Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited. Each cryptocurrency has a clearly stated minimum deposit amount on the deposit page. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
Deposits made on the wrong chain cannot be credited or recovered. Ensure that you do not deposit funds to an incorrect address or via an unsupported chain.
Important Notice Regarding Incorrect Chains
If you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency to the wrong address, BitDa will not be responsible for any resulting losses.
If you withdraw cryptocurrency from BitDa to an incorrect address, the platform will not be able to recover the funds.
If you deposit in a way that is not supported by BitDa, or send unsupported cryptocurrencies, the funds will be unrecoverable. BitDa bears no responsibility for losses caused by deposits of unsupported cryptocurrencies or the use of unsupported deposit methods.
For more details, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions About Deposits.
