Frequently Asked Questions About Withdrawals

Updated over a week ago

Dear BitDa User,

Q: Does withdrawal require KYC?

A: This depends on local laws, regulations, and the actual account activity. BitDa reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when necessary.

Q: Why is there no response when I try to withdraw?

A: There are four possible reasons:

  1. The withdrawal amount exceeds six decimal places. The system restricts withdrawals beyond this limit.

  2. If the system detects abnormal login activity following certain security operations (e.g., password change, device change, or withdrawals from different devices within 24 hours), your withdrawal function will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours. It will automatically resume once the countdown ends.

  3. If you have uninstalled the app, please reinstall the latest version from the official website.

  4. Alternatively, you can initiate the withdrawal through the web version at https://www.bitda.com/.

Please check which of the above situations applies to your account.

Q: Why hasn't my USDT withdrawal been credited?

A: Your withdrawal is currently being processed. USDT transfers, whether sending or receiving, require confirmation from network nodes. For ERC-20 USDT, 64 confirmations are required; for TRC-20 USDT, only 1 confirmation is needed. Please consult the receiving platform to understand its specific confirmation requirements. Confirmation speed can be affected by blockchain network traffic, operational delays, and other external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Q: What fees are associated with withdrawals?

A: Withdrawal fees are determined by the blockchain network and charged by miners, not by BitDa. You can view the applicable withdrawal fee for each cryptocurrency and network on the withdrawal page.

Q: What are the withdrawal service hours?

A: Withdrawals are available 24*7.

Q: How do I add a withdrawal address?

A: Go to the [Assets] page, click [Withdraw], and next to the [Withdrawal Address] field, there is a [dollar symbol] water droplet icon. Click on it, then click [Add Address] to add a withdrawal address to your account (you can add a note according to your preferences). When you wish to use the same address again, click the [dollar symbol] to select your previously recorded address.

Q: How do I view my withdrawal history?

A: Go to [Assets], then click [Records] in the top right corner. Under [Funds], you can filter by type (Deposit / Withdrawal / Transfer), currency, and date. Select [Withdrawal] to view your withdrawal records.

Q: Why is the withdrawal process so slow?

A: To protect user funds, all withdrawal requests are subject to manual review. Once the review is complete, your request will be submitted to the blockchain. If you need assistance, please contact customer support and provide your UID, phone number, or email so we can help check your request status.

Q: Has BitDa's address been blacklisted?

A: All BitDa wallet addresses are fully operational. If you are experiencing withdrawal issues, it may be due to restrictions imposed by a third-party exchange. We recommend avoiding platforms that freeze user assets without justification. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Why hasn’t my BTC withdrawal been credited?

A: BTC transfers require 1 network confirmation before the funds can be credited. Confirmation speed may vary depending on blockchain traffic, server performance, and other external factors. Please wait patiently.
