The App Supports Account Deletion
(Before proceeding, please note the following important consequences)
⚠️ Important Notes:
After deleting your account, your deposit address will be deactivated. Please verify this address to avoid sending funds to a deleted account.
Please withdraw all assets before deletion. Any remaining assets will be considered abandoned and will be unrecoverable.
All account data and transaction records will be permanently erased.
All services - including login, deposits, withdrawals, and trading - will be permanently disabled.
Steps to Delete Account
Log in to the app → Tap the BitDa icon in the top left corner.
Go to Security Center → Delete Account.
Read and check the agreement box → Click Confirm.
