What to do if you do not receive the verification code or other notifications?

Dear BitDa User,

If you are unable to receive the SMS or email verification code while using BitDa, please try the following solutions:

SMS Verification Code

Here are some suggested solutions for your reference:

  1. Turn off your phone's network connection for one minute, then restart your phone.

  2. Move to an area with better signal reception to receive the verification code.

  3. Check whether your SMS inbox is full.

  4. Ensure that SMS blocking is not enabled by your phone settings or any third-party apps.

  5. Try requesting the code 3–5 more times; using different message senders can improve the delivery rate.

Other SMS Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Confirm your phone is in normal working condition for receiving messages.

  2. If you haven't restarted your phone in a while, power it off and restart.

  3. If you are using a dual-SIM phone, try switching SIM cards.

  4. Delete old messages if your SMS inbox is full.

  5. Check whether any apps or software are blocking SMS; try uninstalling such apps temporarily to test.

  6. Restart your phone to determine if the issue is signal-related.

  7. Check if any SMS numbers have been added to a blacklist or blocked list.

  8. Xiaomi users: Be aware that malicious plugins may block SMS messages.

  9. iPhone users: Go to Settings > Messages and check if the SMS gateway number has been mistakenly added to the blacklist.

Email Verification Code

Here are some suggested solutions for your reference:

  1. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile network, or restart your network connection.

  2. Close all running apps, restart your phone, and try again to receive the code.

  3. Check whether your email inbox is full.

  4. Review your spam or junk mail folder to ensure the code wasn't filtered.

  5. For Outlook users: Go to Junk Folder > Junk Email Settings, review junk email rules, clear blocked senders/domains, and then resend the verification code.

  6. Try requesting the code 3–5 more times; delivery success may increase when different email senders are used.
