Q: How many accounts can a person have?
A: To protect the rights and interests of all users, our platform follows a one-person-one-account policy. Each valid ID can only be used to register one account. For the safety of your personal information, please do not share your personal details with others for registration purposes.
Q: How do I open an account?
A: On the app homepage, tap Login/Register, then tap Register in the top right corner. After verifying your phone number or email address, you will be able to complete the registration process.
Q: How do I close my account?
A: After logging into the app, tap the BitDa logo in the top left corner > Security Center > Delete Account. Read the instructions, check the consent box, and confirm to proceed with account deletion.
Q: Where can I check my login history?
A: After logging into the website, click on the 'Avatar' in the top right corner > 'Account' > 'Login Records'. Here, you can view your historical login information. The login history is to ensure that only your devices are accessing the platform. If you find any logins from devices that are not yours, please contact customer service immediately.
